  • Initial phone inquiry and in-person consultation.

  • In-person meeting to go through details/planning.

  • Month-of wedding coordination plus 40 hours of professional planning help and budgeting.

  • 10-12 meetings broken down during consultation.

  • Unlimited phone and email communication.

  • Create/finalize wedding day timeline & vendor list.

  • Communicating with & confirming all vendors.

  • Attend a final walk-through meeting at the venue to review details and logistics.

  • Attending and managing the wedding rehearsal.

  • On-site management during wedding day.

  • Follow up after the wedding and return any rental items we are responsible for

3-6 months of planning designed for couples who pride themselves on their organization, planning & coordination skills. Starting at $1,250.00.

  • Monthly reminders and check-in meetings to ensure we're on track with planning.
